Social / F2F
At Best Buddies Philippines, we organize a variety of social events and face-to-face activities to foster a sense of community and belonging among individuals with intellectual and developmental diversities. These events provide opportunities for participants to build friendships, develop social skills, and create lasting memories in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Our social events include regular meet-ups, recreational outings, holiday celebrations, and community service projects, all designed to be fun and engaging. In addition to our internal events, we collaborate with various organizations and corporate partners to spread the message of inclusion and broaden our community of advocates through joint events, awareness campaigns, and collaborative projects.
Training Events
Best Buddies Philippines offers comprehensive Ambassador Training programs, available in both virtual and face-to-face formats, to empower our Buddies. These sessions are led by volunteer speech coaches who work one-on-one with Buddies for a full day to help them develop public speaking and leadership skills.
Through personalized coaching and interactive exercises, participants learn how to effectively communicate their thoughts and ideas, advocate for themselves and others, and become leaders in their communities. Our Ambassador Training equips Buddies with the confidence and skills they need to make a positive impact in their lives and the world around them.

Inclusive Workplace Training
Best Buddies Philippines offers comprehensive Inclusive Workplace Training to equip volunteers, partners, and companies with a deep understanding of intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our trainings foster empathy and dispels misconceptions, creating a foundation for building truly inclusive environments. Participants will learn about Best Buddies Philippines’ mission, vision, and programs designed to end the social isolation of people with IDD.
Through this training, we empower individuals and organizations to become effective advocates and allies, fostering successful partnerships and creating a more inclusive society for everyone.
Fundraising Events
Golf Tournament
This August 30th, Best Buddies Philippines will hold its first Golf Tournament entitled Inclusion Cup 2024 at the Manila Golf CC. We’re calling all golf players and golf lovers part of our community to play in the spirit of inclusion and acceptance.
As part 1 of our fundraising activities for the year, we want to integrate fun with mission and purpose. The proceeds of our fundraisers go back into expanding our flagship programs around the Philippines.
Fundraising Events
One of the most awaited Best Buddies Philippines events of the year, the “One More Time” Fundraising Dance Night will be held at Xylo, The Palace on October 20, 2024!
BBP Fundraising Dance Nights is a community celebration of music and dance where individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) come together, socialize and enjoy dancing in a safe inclusive environment.
These dance nights are a staple to Best Buddies Philippines’ culture of providing and educating society on inclusion and acceptance in spaces, our community should be a part of. We are always innovating social and cultural experiences that promote a more holistic view of disability.
